1. Scope

Hermes-Agent is a private, non-commercial application operated by Aitor CM. It interprets direct instructions and uses Google Calendar APIs to review availability and manage events. It is not offered as a public service.

2. Authorized access

Use is limited to the application's operator and Google accounts the operator is authorized to access. Credentials must not be shared, and Hermes-Agent must not be used to access another person's data without permission.

3. Calendar actions

Hermes-Agent may read, create, update, or delete Calendar events in response to the operator's instructions. The operator remains responsible for reviewing instructions and resulting calendar changes. Automated interpretation can be incomplete or incorrect.

4. Third-party services

Hermes-Agent depends on Google Calendar, Google OAuth, OpenAI, and infrastructure providers. Their availability and processing are governed by their own terms and policies. Changes or outages in those services may affect Hermes-Agent.

5. Availability and changes

Hermes-Agent is provided on an as-available basis. Its features, permissions, or availability may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Access may be revoked from the operator's Google Account settings.

6. Disclaimers and liability

Hermes-Agent is provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law. Aitor CM is not liable for missed, duplicated, changed, or deleted events, service interruptions, or indirect loss arising from use of the application.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Privacy

The Hermes-Agent privacy policy explains how Google user data is accessed, used, stored, and shared. Privacy or terms questions can be directed through the AitorCM GitHub profile.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may change with the application's functionality or legal requirements. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
